My approach
Business first. SEO second.
Every business is different, so I don’t start with keywords. I start by understanding what you sell, who buys it, and what a good month looks like for you.
A clinic in Dubai came to me with a Google profile and no website. I didn’t sell them a website. I improved the profile first, showed them which customers were still being missed, and only then suggested building one.
Something I keep coming back to:“Never sell bloated deliverables when a targeted profile fix generates immediate calls.”
01Commercial Reality
Understand The Revenue Model
Identify your highest-margin services and the high-intent search queries that actually turn into paid jobs.
02Immediate Visibility
Optimize Google Maps & GBP First
Fix categories, citations, and proximity signals to capture ready-to-buy local searches without waiting months.
03Measured Scale
Expand Where Demand Proves It
Only invest in landing pages or website rebuilds when search volume and inbound call capacity warrant it.
